Kokinchan (Aya Hirano) (コキンちゃん)(蓝精灵) is a character from the Anpanman anime series. She is a young, bright blue germ with a red bow on her antenna. She would only come to town for visits in a transport egg until Baikinman (Ryusei Nakao) made her a UFO of her own.
Personality
Kokinchan (Aya Hirano) does what she wants when she wants to do it. She never listens to what anyone else says, and doesn't care about anyone else's feelings but her own.
She has a sometimes has a bad relationship and a bit jealous with her big sister, Dokinchan, but in some merchandise, they seem to get along together.

Tears:
Kokinchan's (Aya Hirano) fake tears like rain have the power to make anyone who comes into contact with them cry for no reason. This usually immobilizes them, making them too busy crying to do anything else.
Appearances
Kokinchan (Aya Hirano) first appeared in a 2006 Anpanman movie short. She has since become a high-profile character in the series.
